F.A.Q’S

  • When is the best time of year to surf in Vietnam?

    The best time to surf in Central Vietnam is typically the winter months from November - March. The swell is generated from monsoons and typhoons that happen this time of year.

    The rest of the year is great for longboarding and beginner surfing, with small waves, calm water and lots of sunshine!

  • How many lessons do I need if I've never surfed before?

    This varies for each surfer but generally 3-5 lessons before you will start feeling confident. Some people will be standing up in the first session whereas others usually take 2-3 sessions to refine their skills.

  • Do you rent out surf boards?

    We do for intermediate and advanced surfers as part of our surf trips, ranging from 1 day up to 5 days. We supply the boards, transport, food and accommodation, taking you to the right spots on the right days, allowing you to maximise your time in the water and allow you to explore this beautiful coastline and connect with the local culture here.
